GUAM — A company out of Los Angeles, California, has been awarded a $34,325,690 firm-fixed-price contract to design and repair Dormitory B25017 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

The project will address long-term infrastructure requirements at the Pacific outpost, supporting improved living standards for service members stationed on the island. Work is scheduled to be completed by January 7, 2028.

The contract was a competitive acquisition, with five bids submitted. Funding for the award is drawn from Fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance appropriations, fully obligated at the time of award. Contract management will be overseen by the 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam (FA5240-25-C-0006).
