On November 2, 2017, the U.S. Air Force awarded DynCorp International (DI) a task order under the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program IV (AFCAP IV) for Warm Base Operations Support (BOS) at Thumrait Air Base and Al Mussanah Air Base in Oman.

“The AFCAP program supports the global contingency missions of the Air Force and other U.S. government agencies,” said Denise DeFilippo, capture manager. “This win falls into our core and solidifies DI’s presence in the Middle East as we continue to support the warfighter worldwide.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor has been awarded a not-to-exceed $42,636,136 to previously awarded contract FA8208-07-C-0001 for secondary power logistics solution increment one.

This modification provides for the performance-based logistical support of ground carts, auxiliary power units, and secondary power for B-2 and C-130 weapon systems.
