ARLINGTON, VA. — PAE, a leading provider of enduring support for essential global missions, has completed the acquisition of A-T Solutions Corporate Holdings Prime, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, “A-T Solutions”) from its stockholders.

According to the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) — Desbuild Incorporated, has been awarded $12,216,944.00 for design and construction of a New Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). The project will consist of the design and construction of a MSGR, renovations to the consulate office building.

The work will be at the new U.S. Embassy in Belmopan. The work includes the design and construction of the following: new MSGR (930 gross square meters), renovations to a section of the embassy office building (204 gsm), and related site work.
