These programs will develop and assess a spiral development and prototyping approach to expedite integration of technical and operational information.

Exelis Systems Corporation, Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded an $83,133,390 modification (BA02BQ) to contract W911SE-07-D-0006 for services to Army prepositioned stocks: maintenance, supply, and transportation systems in Kuwait. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $26,867,377 were obligated at the time of the award.
