Kellogg, Brown and Root Services, Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $56,563,357 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N62470-13-D-3008) to exercise option year one for base operation support services at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti.

The work to be performed provides for public safety (security operations, emergency management, and fire/emergency services), air operations, ordnance, supply operations, laundry services, morale welfare and recreation, galley (food services), housing (bachelor quarters), facility support (facilities investment, janitorial services, grounds maintenance, pest control, refuse collection, and roads), utilities (electrical generation, wastewater treatment, and water operations), base support vehicles equipment, and environmental services. The total contract amount after exercise of this modification will be $224,153,913.

Vista Research, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded an $8,381,917 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the upgrade and replacement of fielded Wide Area Surveillance Vista Radars and Processor Systems in support of the U.S. Army’s Persistent Ground Surveillance Systems Program.

Work will be performed in Afghanistan (50 percent); Patuxent River, Maryland (20 percent); Yuma, Arizona (10 percent); Point Mugu, California (10 percent); and Elizabeth City, North Carolina (10 percent); work is expected to be completed in December 2014. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $8,381,917 are being obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N68335-14-C-0176).

SOS International (SOSi) was awarded a multiple award task order contract (MATOC) by the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE) to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) at locations throughout Europe and Africa. This MATOC has a maximum ceiling value of $172 million over a one year base period and four one-year option periods. SOSi expects the majority of the work to be performed in Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
