The work to be performed provides for repair of failing timber pile fender system and appurtenances, deteriorating sections of the concrete pier deck, and replacement of impressed current cathodic protection for in-water steel piles with passive anode cathodic protection system at the petroleum oil lubricant pier.

The work to be performed provides for all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform services for general information, management and administration, galley, housing (bachelor/unaccompanied housing), facility support (facility investment, facility management, custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping), electrical, wastewater, water and base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental. Exelis Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a $143,100,534 modification (P00012) to contract W91RUS-13-C-0006 for operations and maintenance support of Title X communications equipment and information systems under the Network Enterprise Technology Command (Army), 160th Signal Brigade and its subordinate units in southwest Asia. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $143,100,534 were obligated at the time of the award.
