Engility Corporationis an entirely new government services provider with over 40 years of combined experience across nearly 70 different legacy companies. Engility launched in July 2012 as a spin-off company of L-3 Communications.
On March 29, 2013 Department of Defense (DoD) Awarded Engility Corp. of Chantilly, Va., a $77,907,214 cost-plus-fixed-fee, incrementally-funded contract. The award will provide for services in support of training U.S. and Coalition forces on law enforcement and investigation techniques. Work will be performed in Afghanistan and Germany, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2014. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with three bids received. The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity (W91CRB-13-C-0021).
