DI has been selected for a task order to provide maintenance support services to RED HORSE vehicles and equipment at multiple locations in Afghanistan and Qatar.

Services will include providing transportation, management, labor, and selected equipment as necessary. The competitively-awarded task order has a one-year base period with one, one-year option and a total contract value of $3.4 million if the option is exercised.

AFCAP is a 10-year indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to provide worldwide base-operating support and temporary construction capabilities for the U.S. Air Force on an as-needed basis.

U.S. Troops rely on Fluor for a warm meal, a hot shower, clean laundry, and vehicle maintenance. Through the local employment-focused Afghan First program, Fluor provides jobs to more than 8,600 Afghans.
