NAVFAC Awards HDR $60M IDIQ for Infrastructure Across U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia

A company out of Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a contract valued at up to $60 million. The award, issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, covers professional services in support of Navy public works across a broad geographic scope, including the continental U.S., the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, and Southwestern Asia.

The contract includes a base period of 12 months and four one-year option periods, with a total possible duration of five years and an expected completion date of September 17, 2030. At award, the Navy obligated $10,000 in fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance funds as the minimum guarantee. Future task orders will be primarily funded through Navy O&M accounts.
This contract was competitively procured through the federal SAM.gov portal, with three offers received. NAVFAC Atlantic, headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, will oversee task orders and project execution.
