PAKISTAN — The U.S. Air Force has awarded a $23,536,582 contract combining firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursable terms for technical security team support services in Pakistan. The award covers program management, end-use monitoring, technology security support, food services, and facilities management, with work expected to continue through July 18, 2027.

"Booz Allen Hamilton will continue providing Technical Security Team support tied to Pakistan's F-16 fighter program — a mission that has kept American contractor personnel stationed in-country for round-the-clock oversight of U.S.-origin defense technology. Beyond the security and monitoring roles, this award also opens the door for program management, logistics, facilities, and food service professionals supporting the technical team on the ground." — POC

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., headquartered in McLean, Virginia, received the award under contract FA8630-26-C-B004. The contract funds continued Technical Security Team (TST) operations — an arrangement under which American contractor personnel are embedded with Pakistan's F-16 fleet to provide round-the-clock end-use monitoring, technical oversight, and day-to-day logistics support.

The TST mission has operated for years as part of Pakistan's broader F-16 sustainment relationship with the United States, historically involving dozens of American contractor personnel stationed in-country. The arrangement lets the U.S. maintain direct visibility over how sensitive systems and technology are used, a role that has drawn attention given the F-16's history in aerial incidents along the Pakistan-India border.

Booz Allen Hamilton has served as the prime contractor supporting this mission for years, tied to a broader Foreign Military Sale package valued at roughly $125 million that funds continued technical and logistics support for Pakistan's F-16 program.
