WORLDWIDE — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a multiple-award contract with a ceiling value of $500 million to 12 firms for architect-engineer services supporting future military and federal construction projects.
The contract covers planning, engineering, construction, design, and related architect-engineer services. As a result, the award provides the Army Corps with a flexible vehicle to support a wide range of infrastructure, facility, environmental, and military construction requirements through 2031.

The awardees include AECOM Technical Services, Burns & McDonnell Engineering, HDR Architecture, Stantec Consulting Services, Whitman Requardt & Associates, Wiley Wilson-Clark Nexsen JV, BKM PRIME AE SB JV, Colby Co., Dhillon Engineering, OES-Pond JV III, SBCC-RS&H JV, and Summer Consultants.
The Army Corps received 63 proposals through a competitive solicitation process. Consequently, the contract attracted both large national engineering firms and small-business partners specializing in federal design and construction support services.
Work locations will be determined on a project-by-project basis as task orders are issued. Likewise, funding will be assigned with each individual order. The contract is scheduled to run through July 30, 2031.

SPAIN — The U.S. Air Force has awarded seven companies positions on a multiple-award construction contract with a maximum value of $400 million supporting Morón Air Base in Spain.
The contract covers a broad range of design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, and minor construction projects throughout the installation. As a result, the contract provides the Air Force with a long-term vehicle to support future infrastructure requirements at one of its most important locations in southern Europe.

The awardees include Eiffage Infraestructuras SAU, UTE Programa, Sociedad Espanola de Montajes Industriales SA, Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos SAU, JJEX Construction JV LLC, Dragados Sociedad Anonima, and Cox T&I SL. The Air Force selected the companies through a competitive acquisition process that attracted 13 offers.
Morón Air Base sits near Seville in southern Spain and serves as a key logistics and operational hub supporting U.S., NATO, and regional military activities. Consequently, continued investment in facilities and infrastructure remains critical to sustaining long-term mission requirements.
Work will take place at Morón Air Base through June 2036. The Air Force obligated $35,000 in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funding at the time of award. The 496th Air Base Squadron at Morón Air Base serves as the contracting activity.
GUAM — The U.S. Navy awarded two separate $100 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts supporting construction and repair operations across the Pacific region. The work includes general construction and facilities repair services throughout the NAVFAC Marianas area of responsibility and is expected to continue through May 2033.
“InfraTech International LLC out of Guam will support construction and repair operations tied to Pacific military infrastructure and regional facilities support. The long-term work may create opportunities for contractors involved in construction, engineering, logistics, heavy equipment operations, facilities maintenance, and base support services throughout the Indo-Pacific region.” — POC
Work under the contracts will primarily take place in Guam, which accounts for approximately 80% of operations, while additional work will occur in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau.
