According to the Department of Defense (DoD), 17 companies have been collectively awarded a $2,000,000,000 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity, multiple-award task order contracts for architect and engineering services.

This contract supports the Air Force worldwide infrastructure design and construction missions, specifically for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Air Force Installation Contracting Center, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, and Army Installation Management Command directorates. Work is expected to be completed by February 2026.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD) a company out of Tampa, Florida, is awarded a maximum value $60,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for professional architectural and engineering services in support of waterfront projects in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of responsibility (AOR).

The work to be performed provides for preparation of professional architectural and engineering services for preparation of design-bid-build documents and design-build requests for proposals for various project types in support of waterfront and marine facilities at Department of Defense (DOD) and non-DOD activities in the NAVFAC Southeast AOR. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operation and maintenance (Navy) and military construction (Navy) funds.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD) a company out of Aiea, Hawaii, was awarded a $97,995,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the repair and modernization of Lima Wharf and appurtenances at Apra Harbor, Naval Base Guam.

The work to be performed provides for the repair and modernization of Lima Wharf and associated facilities, including comprehensive civil, structural, mechanical, utilities, fire protection, electrical, and telecommunication repairs.
