G4S-SJC LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $19,835,665 firm-fixed-price contract for pier repairs at the United States Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia. The work to be performed provides for repair of failing timber pile fender system and appurtenances, deteriorating sections of the concrete pier deck, and replacement of impressed current cathodic protection for in-water steel piles with passive anode cathodic protection system at the petroleum oil lubricant pier.

Black Construction / MACE International Joint Venture, Harmon, Guam, is being awarded a maximum amount $95,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for design-build/design-bid-build construction projects at the U.S. Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia. The work to be performed is for general building type projects to include new construction, repair, renovation, demolition and alteration of facilities. Facilities include, but are not limited to: aviation and aircraft, marine, barracks and personnel housing, administrative, warehouse and supply, training, personnel support and service, security level and abasement and handling of hazardous/regulated material, etc. No task orders are being issued at this time.
Parsons, as part of a joint venture (JV) with G4S had $64 Million added to there previously awarded contract to provide base operations support (BOS) to the U.S. Navy Support Facility on Diego Garcia. The facility, located on a remote, British-controlled atoll in the Indian Ocean, provides logistics support for U.S. military forces deployed in the Indian Ocean and the Persian Gulf. G4S Parsons Pacific, LLC, Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., is being awarded a $64,986,821 modification under a previously awarded fixed-price-award-fee, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract to exercise the first option period for Base Operations Support Services at U.S. Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia. The total contract amount after award of this modification will be $111,819,982.
