According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor was awarded a $17,468,173 contract for information technology support and services to support the mission of the 2d Signal (Theater) Brigade within the U.S. Army Europe, U.S. European Command and U.S. Africa Command areas of responsibility.

Work will be performed in Germany, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Turkey, and Kosovo, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2022. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $6,455,776 were obligated at the time of the award.

The U.S. Army has again awarded DynCorp International (DI) a contract to provide Land Mobile Radio (LMR) support in Kosovo. DI team members will continue providing services including repair and maintenance of Motorola land mobile radio equipment and transmission systems including handheld, base mounted and remote repeater sites. DI has supported Kosovo Forces (KFOR) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) since 2007 in Kosovo providing a variety of services including mentoring, aviation maintenance, force protection and base support.

The US Defense Department awarded a three-year security contract at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo to Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions of Falls Church, Virginia.

Torres replaces DynCorp International which previously held the security contract for over eight years. The contact was originally awarded to Torres in July 2015, however DynCorp protested the award twice since the award.
