Raytheon Co., Andover, Massachusetts, was awarded a $6,959,530 modification to foreign military sales contract W31P4Q-12-C-0078 to add an additional 138 man-months for the United Arab of Emirates (UAE) Patriot technical assistance contract for Patriot missile system ground support equipment.

Work will be performed in Saudi Arabia and the UAE with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2016. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $ 6,959,530 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Saudi Arabia

DynCorp International, Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $68,961,578 firm-fixed-price contract for integrated maintenance support services for the Saudi Arabian National Guard Aviation.

Work will be performed in Saudi Arabia, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 17, 2020.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received.  Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $68,961,578 are being obligated at the time of the award.

According to the Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations — Skidmore Owings & Merrill of San Francisco, California was awarded a contract for the design of the new U.S. Consulate General in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The multi-building complex will be situated on a 10-acre site in the Al Khobar neighborhood and will include a new office building, Consulate General’s residence, U.S. Marine Corps residence, support annex, utility building, parking structure, and community facilities. A construction award for the design-bid-build project is anticipated in fiscal year 2016.
