$20 Million Guam Engineering Contract Supports Navy Facilities

GUAM — The Navy awarded a Guam engineering contract with a $20 million ceiling for civil and structural services. The work supports facilities and projects across Guam.
“For civil and structural specialists, Amorient Engineering’s Guam award points to planning and design support for Navy facilities. The practical opportunity follows the individual assignments and their technical requirements.”

Amorient Engineering, based in Tamuning, will provide planning, design and engineering services under the indefinite-quantity contract. The award supports projects primarily within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Marianas’ area of responsibility.
Guam engineering contract covers five potential years
The maximum value includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month options. However, that ceiling does not represent an immediate $20 million expenditure. At award, the Navy committed $10,000 in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funding to meet the minimum guarantee.
Performance is expected to finish in September 2031. Meanwhile, individual orders will define the work purchased under the agreement. The Navy received five offers through the competitive procurement.
Engineering services support project development
Contract N40192-26-D-0004 covers professional engineering services for Navy facilities. For contractors tracking Guam work, subsequent orders will identify the individual planning and design assignments.
