$71.97 Million Award Supports Camp Blaz Training Facility in Guam

Guam

GUAM — The Navy awarded a construction contract for the Camp Blaz training facility with a $71.97 million base-and-options value. The J-875 project will support battle staff training at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam.

“Pacific Federal Management Inc.’s Camp Blaz award brings building construction and supporting infrastructure into one Guam project. For contractors, the stated scope highlights the relevance of structural, building-systems and site-work experience.”

POC editorial perspective

Pacific Federal Management Inc., based in Tamuning, received contract N62742-26-C-1306. The total value is $71,966,880.42, including the base and all options.

Camp Blaz training facility includes supporting infrastructure

The project calls for a two-story Battle Staff Training Facility for the Third Marine Expeditionary Brigade’s Marine Air-Ground Task Force. It uses a design-bid-build approach, with construction following the project’s design requirements.

The planned building includes reinforced concrete foundations, exterior walls and floors, along with windows and roofing. In addition, the scope covers mechanical, electrical, emergency power and information systems.

Supporting work includes utilities, site improvements, an emergency generator, access roads and parking. Together, those elements extend the project beyond the training building itself. The solicitation also requires systems appropriate for Guam’s seismic and environmental conditions.

Contract value includes options

The listed total includes every option, so it does not establish how much funding the Navy obligated at award.

For contractors monitoring the buildout, the project number J-875 and contract number provide the clearest identifiers for tracking further notices.
