According to the Department of Defense (DoD) — SOS International, Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $32,997,697 multi-year, incrementally funded contract with options for services for the Military Information Support Task Force - Afghanistan. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received.

Work will be performed in Afghanistan with an estimated completion date of Oct. 28, 2020. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $4,500,000 were obligated at the time of the award. According to the Department of Defense (DoD) — General Atomics, Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, California, has been awarded a $19,070,219 option on delivery order 0113 of the basic ordering agreement FA8620-10-G-3038 for MQ-9 contractor logistics support (CLS) Phase 3. Contractor will provide an additional period of CLS for the French air force.

Work will be performed at Poway, California; and Niamey, Niger, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2016. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales for France. Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8620-10-G-3038).
