Serco International will deliver the professional military education course at the postgraduate level for the QAF's mid career officers (Majors and Lieutenant Colonels) from the Qatari Emiri Navy, Army and Air Force over an initial three-year period. The courses will be delivered in partnership with the UK Ministry of Defense and Kings College London. The first 40 students have already started their year-long course in Doha.

The deal shows there is continued demand for the expertise of British firms worldwide and that our Defense Growth Partnership is working. This also demonstrates how highly regarded our Armed Forces - and the training they receive in the UK - are overseas."

Academi Training Center, Inc, Moyock, North Carolina was awarded an $8,801,172 modification to contract W5J9JE-12-C-0087 for camp integrity and life support and private security services. Fiscal 2014 funds are being obligated at the time of the award. Cumulative total for prior modifications is $16,104,831. Estimated completion date is May 14, 2015. Work will be performed Afghanistan. CENTCOM Joint Theater Support Contracting Command, Phoenix, APO AE is the contracting activity.
