As the government services market reshapes, Kenneth Asbury, chief executive of CACI International, said he is reforming the contractor to match. Asbury took over in February from Daniel D. Allen, who had only held the job briefly. Company officials said they wanted a greater focus on business development in a more competitive market.

Department of Defense (DOD)General Dynamics C4 Systems, Huntsville, Ala. was awarded a $6,657,441 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering services and logistics for the tactical airspace integration air traffic control system.  Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $6,657,441 were obligated at the time of the award.  Estimated completion date is Jun 30, 2016.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala, Afghanistan, and South Korea.  Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-14-C-0003).
