Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Sierra Vista, Ariz. was awarded a $36,294,099 modification to contract W58RGZ-13-C-0010 for contractor logistics services and engineering support for the Hunter Unmanned Aircraft System. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $10,400,000 were obligated at the time of the award. The estimated completion date is Jan. 14, 2015. Work will be performed in Afghanistan and Sierra Vista, Ariz. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala. is the contracting activity.
PASADENA, CA — Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced today that it was awarded a contract to provide Global Logistics and Support Services (GLASS) to the U.S. Army in Rock Island, Ill. The award includes a base period of one year plus two one-year option periods. The contract has a maximum order limit of $135 million.
In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Robert Norfleet stated, “We are delighted to continue our support to the U.S. Army and to have the opportunity to partner with them in support of U.S. contingency operations.”
Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc, Hurst, Texas, was awarded an $18,556,810 modification to contract W58RGZ-12-C-0030 to procure six additional months of contractor logistics support for Bell 407, Huey, Jet Ranger, and OH-58A&C helicopters. Fiscal 2014 funds in the amount of $18,556,810 were obligated at the time of the award. The estimated completion date is Aug. 8, 2014. Work will be performed in Al Taji, Iraq, and Piney Flats, Tenn.
