Navy Awards $90M Contract for Worldwide Utility Systems Management

WORLDWIDE — A $90,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has been awarded to support management of the Navy’s electric, civil, and mechanical utility systems. The award covers utility-related support across a worldwide area of responsibility and reflects long-term demand tied to Navy infrastructure operations.
“CDM Federal Programs Corp. will support utility system management across NAVFAC’s worldwide area of responsibility, creating potential demand for engineers, utility specialists, civil professionals, mechanical personnel, program managers, and infrastrcture support staff tied to long-term Navy facility operations.” — POC
Work will be performed worldwide within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command area of responsibility and is expected to be completed by April 2031. Fiscal 2026 Navy operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $10,000 were obligated at the time of award for the minimum guarantee, and those funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
