PAE and Vectrus plans to take over LOGCAP V projects
PAE and Vectrus Announce Joint Venture Partnership for LOGCAP V
Leading government services firms PAE and Vectrus Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vectrus, Inc., have announced the creation of a joint venture partnership - PAE Vectrus - to pursue the U.S. Army's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V (LOGCAP V) contract vehicle.

"PAE Vectrus offers decades of experience supporting international contingency missions," said Mr. Welker. "With forward-deployed operations on all seven continents, the team can quickly mobilize its existing local workforce in any area of operation and leverage a robust international supply chain to respond rapidly to any requirement."
Scott Welker, a distinguished former Senior Executive Services leader, will serve as president of the joint venture. Before joining PAE Vectrus, Mr. Welker served as the deputy to the commander of Joint Munitions Command Headquarters at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., and prior to that served as the deputy to the commander for the Army Sustainment Command in Rock Island.
"PAE's experience supporting contractor augmentation programs spans over 40 years, since before the naming convention existed," said PAE CEO John Heller. "In the 1970s, PAE employed approximately 30,000 personnel in Southeast Asia to support the requirements of the U.S. government. Since that time, we've held leading roles on CANCAP, AFRICAP and AFCAP, and we look forward to combining that experience with Vectrus to fully support the LOGCAP V requirements."
"Vectrus has been a leading services provider for U.S. Government agencies in tough environments like the Middle East, Antarctica, Asia and above the Arctic Circle for more than 70 years," said Vectrus CEO and President Ken. "Our experience with the military services in CAP and CAP-like efforts is well-documented and robust. We are pleased to partner with PAE on this important and strategic pursuit."
