Drive seamless day-to-day operations for this Supply Chain Management (SCM) service provider who supports the F-15 A/B/C/D military aircraft for the Royal Saudi Air Force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Train, mentor, and manage 28-member team in a growing 40k square foot facility. Responsible for overall warehouse operations, receiving, inventory, shipping, quality control, hazardous material, fleet/vehicle maintenance, facilities, finance, employee hiring, employee housing and special projects, while acting a liaison within several government and military agencies.
Selected Accomplishments:
- Successfully shipped $15M in F-15 A/B/C/D aircraft parts in 2014 within 24 hours to 4 locations across Saudi Arabia and accurately received over 10,000 line items in 2014 within 24 hours.
- Elevated accuracy on a 18,000 line item inventory with a value a total value of $31M by driving improvements across cycle count processes, staff training, and implementing best practices, resulting in a 6.32% improvement in first year annual inventory (91.06% Accuracy by line item, and 93.08% by Accuracy by Value)
- Developed and implemented budget management process for a $100K annual operating budget, including reviewing and approving monthly customer invoices for an average of $5M in received aircraft inventory.
- Took the initiative to cross-reference inventories from four sites throughout the country to achieve minimum “bench stock” levels. Currently maintain and exceed contracted minimum bin levels of 95% by 1.66% weekly.
