Effectively teach classes on multiple MRAP vehicles in support of Operation for operators, maintenance and other military personnel, on a broad array of issues, including preventive maintenance and personnel safety issues. Vehicle inspections to ensure meeting QC standards, repair any damage from transit activities and make any other needed repairs in support of delivering a fully-operational vehicle to the owning unit.
Provided exceptional and full-scope maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on a wide variety of four/six/eight-wheeled MRAP vehicles, including Maxx Pro Plus, RG-33L, HAGA, Caiman, FPI Cougar, ILAV and JERRVE. Performed pre-shop analysis and diagnostics of multiple systems and components to determine serviceability. Components inspected included, Power Generators, hydraulic systems, repair / rebuild Centrifugal pumps; including Cement pumps and dismantling, and repair Flow meters;
Carefully trained and oversee during component repairs/rebuilds, providing any assistance as needed.
Strategically filled role as Inspector of all equipment and Heavy Mobile Equipment, which included medium combat tanks, rocket-launching tanks and tactical wheeled vehicle systems; performed initial inspections.
