Administrative & Logistics Security Specialist Manager

 Direct and Manage 20 personnel to develop and implement an efficient receiving and distribution system for $90 million in contracted Department of State supplies and equipment. Monitor all contracted vehicles to ensure maintenance service obligations are met and conducted under government regulatory requirements. Serve as liaison between Government agencies and various contractors and host countries.

Optimized the flow of supplies by developing and operating automated systems. Coordinated with higher echelon regarding relocation and transportation of overseas and domestic assets.   • Trained over 150 personnel members each month on drivers training with a 98% pass rate for first-time testing.
  • Planned, developed, presented and coordinated maintenance training that included management duties, emerging Iraqi maintenance doctrine and operations and Iraqi combat sustainment operations; resulting in an annual savings of over $3Million in repair parts.
