US Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), MRO Prime Vendor program is performing Maintenance, Repair and Operation (so called MRO) under contracted to Sodexo Group for US Military installations in the United State Forces Korea (we called “USFK”) and Army/Air force/Navy/Marines and their Housing facilities, so Troops are well sustaining the base function in electrical/ plumbing/ carpentry/ road and traffics fields, and not much difference the functional operation of “Directorate Public Work” in Army organization.
Worked as a Leader Customer Service Representative, needed to concentrate team harmonized logistic supporting with responsibilities of normal Customer services, Representative’s routine activities, develop strategy so the team can use to reach target – well sustaining of troops and their families, monitor CSR’s work status daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly to ensure the training what they are provided to put it into use, and analyst if any additional training is required and manage the flow of day to day operations.
