Looking for Job opportunity in Catering & Facilities Service As Relevant position according to my qualification and my experience.
I am hospitality professional, Have 22 Years experience in Hotel as well as in catering industry, work multinational companies such ADNH Compass in Middle East, Sodexo-India also I work for Supreme Group in Afghanistan NATO forces at US- base camps
Also I was worked for Al Suwaidi Group – KSA as Senior Catering Supervisor responsible for catering service, production & administration work in camp- 2000 mandays
The nature of my Bachelor of Hotel Management course has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills,
KEY SKILLS RESPONSIBILITIES & ABILITY
• Ability to organize the Catering operations
• Banquet functions and F&B outlets operations.
• Ability to assist planning and managing large catering.
• Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and other personnel
• Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Confidence in using my initiative.
• Ability to work in a multinational team.
• Ability to work accurately with figures and manage a budget.
• Ability to manage, follow up the food safety & hygiene of the kitchen and service. (including HACCP & TBMED 530)
• Knowledge of basic computer office applications, catering & administration program applications
• Monitor standards and completes relevant documentation.
• Excellent leadership and direction to all Food Service and Production Staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time such as ten (10) to twelve (12) hours, bend, kneel, and reach to store/retrieve supplies
• Ability to Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable
• Ability in Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
• Ability to train and making the training programs to catering service and production staffs..
• Ability to enforce food safely and sanitation polices maintaining compliance with all quality, sanitation, food safety requirements in accordance HACCP principles, (with TB MED 530, Servsafe )
• Ability to insures Physical Security and inventory accountability of all facilities and its contents by conduction open and closing inventories, accurate records of food costs, cash flow, labor, and equipment property.
• Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports as required, and perform other related duties as required
Ability to follow and maintain all administration work of Catering operations, Banquets and F & B Outlet’s operations
