Summary

Experience

Program Management Specialist

  • Provide operational support to on-site Team Lead and for all assigned personnel, customer interface, and in-country coordination on all matters related to the day-to-day accomplishment of F-16 Security Oversight Tasking.
  • Provide additional security with the Booz Allen Engineering Services and United States Air Force Technical Security Team to maintain a coordinated presence and 24/7 coverage where Pakistan Air Force F-16 aircraft, armaments, related equipment and technical data which are subject to U.S. Government security compliance.
  • Ensure all required reports are accomplished and transmitted securely and as required.
  • Coordinate with Site Managers/Team Leader on all personnel matters related to assignment and work schedules while in Pakistan.
  • Continuous monitoring of software systems to ensure all PAF F-16’s are in compliance regarding DoD regulations.
  • Provide oversight and monitor personnel and security compliance with all security related management plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Recommend resolutions of security oversight discrepancies and related problems or issues to prevent security oversight issues.
  • Where applicable, identify any deficiencies in security oversight and compliance, making recommendations and action steps in safety protocols.
  • Participate in the development and execution of security plans and prepare modified security oversight training materials.
  • Ensure that all persons entering the air space have authorization and clearance to do so.

Air Force Reservist  (Military)

  • Maintain daily security log with all pertinent events throughout the shift and provide information to the commander of significant threats affecting the base.

  • Proactively review and assess information relevant to the assigned protective operation to anticipate problems or incidents.
