Summary
As a Project Manager, I am a highly effective management professional emphasizing innovation, hard work ethic, and creativity in solving complex problems, energetic, results-focused, self-motivated individual with success in developing and leading diverse teams to achieve outstanding results. My goal-oriented drive, along with communication skills, has enabled me to work in many countries on multiple continents under my supervision while allowing my employer peace of mind knowing that I am 100% dedicated to what is best for our team, company, and client. While starting at the lowest ranks on a drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico and working my way up, I learned the value of hard work and what it means to "get your hands dirty." While on assignment in Sierra Leone, I discovered a leader must be an all in one person and utilize every skill, talent, and trade possessed to run an efficient project. In the Indian Ocean off the coast of the Arabian Peninsula, I was once again taught about teamwork. Together with the United States Air Force, Royal Oman air force, Shell oil refinery, and multiple contracting companies, we were able to jointly construct different aspects of an allied military base on Masirah Island, where my companies portion of work consisted of rebuilding the refinery, bulk fuel storage tanks, pipeline, and fueling points. All the lessons and experiences I have learned and will continue to discover while contributing to the growth of my team and those around me, my commitment to personnel development, my inner drive, along with my infectious positive attitude, is what makes me a valued asset for any company.
