Previous Assignment: CNE-C6F-Detachment 802 6th Fleet. Executed operations in support of UNIFIED PROTECTOR and ACTIVE ENDEAVOR. Conducted operations and exercises in the Atlantic, Mediterranean and African Areas of Responsibilities. Planned for major combat and contingency operations. Provided logistical and administrative support to forces. Current Assignment: Naval Reserve Fleet Logistics Command Bahrain. Command provides acquisition, logistics, and fleet/expeditionary support to Southwest Asia and Africa for 11 regional stations, 10 home-ported ships and other Naval Forces deployed to the 5th Fleet in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Freedom’s Sentinel and Inherent Resolve. Acted as Operations Officer managing the deployment of units to Bahrain for participation and completion of their Annual Training Requirements. Also acted as contracting officer assisting NAVSUP contracting office in the close-out of simplified acquisition procedure contracts for supplies and services.
