  • Conducted competency assessments for future participation at Joint Readiness Training Center rotations and future force allocation to Security Force Assistance Command (SFAC); identified critical gaps within the training and redundancies which allowed the executive leadership to make essential decisions on force readiness.
  • Conducting four assessment and identified strategic gaps within the Civil Affairs proponent Program Objective Memorandum (POM) recognizing that no funding obligations had been allocated to the future force personal training and program requirements for fascial year.
  • Lead Project Manager for the first capabilities-based assessments; facilitating all logistics and daily operations for 100 participants from across Combatant Commands and TRADOC Army Centers of Excellence throughout three: two-week events.
  • Tasked with overseeing the collection and analysis in support of Multi-Domain Operations to accomplish strategic combat objectives and Army Special Operations Forces acquisitions. Responsible for the Management of the daily operations for a team of fourteen personal and weekly operational briefs for both DoD and Civilian personal.

  • Future Plans Senior Enlisted consultant and Liaison Officer for the Joint Special Operations Forces and NATO Special Operations Component Command- Afghanistan with 100% success of all personnel and equipment movements.
  • Led the coordination of the defeat-ISIS cross-functional campaign planning team by aligning three organizations: SOJTF-A, SOTF, and Task Force to support critical requirements that enabled strategic analysis to Resolute Support Mission. Operational manager for one-year supporting nine different countries, eight ODAs, and four Afghan commandos’ units. Conducted over twenty engagements to support operational movements, ISR functions, and force protect standard operating procedures improvement by changing theater policy in support of Special Forces and Afghan Commandos.
  • Built cross-cultural relations serving as the conduit with Special Mission Wing and Special Forces ODA’s for operational moves of partnered force, the National Interdiction Unit (NIU), which specialized counter-narcotics law enforcement unit.
  • Developed risk management and mitigation plans supporting coalition operational needs statements and future global infrastructure, service US sponsor to the coalition, identifying critical Gaps for NATO SOF partners through United States Forces Afghanistan, armored vehicles, communication, weapons, and ammunition for future resource requirements at the NATO Summit.
  • Experienced in ITAR restricted weapons sales across borders for overseas contingency operations; oversaw the lateral transfer of 2 million dollars in weapons systems.

United States Southern Command- Colombia

  • Coordinated with Royal Netherlands Army, gained approval from the DCOM-P and initiated 8-week MOI training for first 36-female Afghan National Police basic training course in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Continued weekly reporting with five NATO countries.
  • Planned, trained, advised, and executed first district level budget.
  • Conduct eight tactical missions as vehicle operator for the ODA.
  • Maintained a base security position at the front gate and a member of QRF throughout nine-month rotation.

 

United States Central Command- Iraq

Operations NCOIC/ Gun Truck Commander                                                                                      2007-2009

 

  • Served as an Operations NCOIC overseeing the tactical movements and day-to-day organizational operations.
  • Served as a gun truck team leader in twenty-five tactical missions tasked to providing convoy security to combat logistics patrols that were responsible for transporting heavy equipment and the deploying and redeploying battle-damaged equipment and combat teams in support OEF Surge.
  • Maintained 100% accountability of ten personnel and over $500,000 worth of deployed equipment.
  • On return from Iraq tasked with developing and innovated Drivers Training Program for the Battalion of maintaining the strength of the Convoy Logistical Patrols.
  • Successfully trained 487 soldiers of the Battalion on Combat Logistics Patrol and the importance of understanding CONOP development, route reconnaissance, risk assessment, documentation, and land use agreements.
  • Planned, coordinated, and executed a dining event for 300 soldiers and their guests to foster comradery and tradition building through the large formal gathering.
