I have worked overseas almost my whole career. I enjoy working with teams and always try to build a rapport with all, from cleaners to manager, clients.
Very hard worker with lots of various experiences from Land operations, shallow marine and airfield mechanical maintenance.

- Working with the Afghan National Army (ANA) to achieve maximum vehicle operational readiness by controlling the workloads to both ANA & AMS mechanical workshops to increase productivity.
- Working daily with our local Afghan staff to reduce workplace site injuries. overseeing safety practices to ensure that a safe and productive work environment is established and maintained.
- Using on a daily basis computerized maintenance Management system (CMMS) FASTrax to monitor maintenance on all equipment. Checking history, scheduling and forecasting services.
Key Duties:
- Managing 200+ local (180) and international Staff (20)
- Directing Mechanical Teams to remote outstations who work directly with the Afghan Army Staff to maintain various mechanical equipments, light, heavy and heavy plant vehicles. Ensuring adequate spare parts were made available to complete their tasks.
- Regular meetings with Afghan high-ranking Military Commanders regarding their particular fleets of mechanical equipments, keeping them abreast of all repairs.

- Promoted to a Team of engineers refurbishing of military Landing Crafts on first major overhaul.

- Working with Procurement and Logistics Managers on daily basis keeping them up-to-date of all the various Crews requirements that determined our delivery to the various countries of operations.
- Daily Mechanical workshop inspection with Chief Mechanic’s to keep updated on all the ongoing projects, assisting where necessary in getting parts, components, deliveries etc. to the Base.
- Monthly asset tracking on all the stored sites, keeping Crews notified on what is available and at what cost to get these if necessary operational c/w shipping costs and timings.
