2. Directing mechanical project budgets; monitoring on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

3. Day to day working knowledge with Job Hazard Analysis, Permit to Work system, Risk assessments, LOTO with regular QHSE course undertaken to keep up to date. Crew QHSE Safety Advisor for 6 months in Kuwait.

4. Working with remote Crew Operational Managers keeping them abreast that their Capex equipment’s were serviced and maintained on a monthly basis.

5. Capex requirements; working a with a variety of local and international suppliers/ vendors on numerous Capex requirements varying from $3,500 to $150,000,00k projects.

6. Working with Procurement and Logistics Managers on daily basis keeping them up-to-date of all the various Crews requirements that determined our delivery to the various countries of operations.

7. Daily Mechanical workshop inspection with Chief Mechanic’s to keep updated on all the ongoing projects, assisting where necessary in getting parts, components, deliveries etc. to the Base.

8. Monthly asset tracking on all the stored sites, keeping Crews notified on what is available and at what cost to get these if necessary operational c/w shipping costs and timings.
