• Successfully stepped into an existing remodel and took over total site management.
• I had the first restaurant almost complete when I was sent to Nashville Tennessee to start another rehabilitation on an existing bar/restaurant structure. This was a complete gut down to the studs and rafters. All new underground, site work and utilities.
