Provide oversight of services and projects at two Government facilities. This includes working closely with a diverse team of building operations and maintenance personnel, property management representatives, the facilities operations and maintenance team, the GPOC, and various stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage, direct, and assign the daily base services and central plant operations.
• Coordinate work schedules with the ICC-B Facilities GPOC and LX Building Owners (Peterson) O&M team, as applicable.
• Ensure workmanship and materials conform to the appropriate industry best practices and meet federal, state, and local codes.
• Perform all work consistent with the appropriate building standards, which will be provided by the respective Facilities GPOC.
• Ensure work areas are restored to original condition.
• Provide work estimates, surveys, and facilities assessments supporting operations.
• Develop and implement a maintenance policy for tools and equipment to include, but not limited to items listed in the GFP document.

Facilities O&M Manager, Kabul Afghanistan, IAP · 2016 – 2021
Responsible for the Life Support Services, daily maintenance and power generation operations across twelve (12) different locations located in Afghanistan. Overseen numerous in-house construction projects to include the Installation of a 1500 person capacity sewage treatment plant, IT Bldg. power and controls upgrade, underground medium voltage power infrastructure upgrade, and the re-skinning of a fabric membrane air hangar. Implemented an oil testing laboratory for prime power generator engine oil wear analysis and implemented a 70,000 gal/day reverse osmosis water treatment system. Responsible for maintaining sufficient and qualified trade personnel to support the mission. Duties included travel to all locations to perform facility assessments and make recommendations to improve the daily maintenance operations. Responsible for maintaining and upgrading the power infrastructure at each location. Other duties included direct participation in the IAP safety program and a member of the IAP Ethics Ambassador team. Also performed the duties and responsibilities of the Deputy Program Manager during extended periods of absence.

Electrical Field Superintendent, Power Service Inc. · 2014 – 2016
Responsible for the current operations and daily activities associated with project management. Review drawings and P&ID’s, manage and coordinate multiple crews, procurement of materials, project design and scheduling. Design/layout/build may variations of electrical control rooms and process area equipment. Type of systems include, but were not limited to, L.A.C.T (Lease Automatic Customer Transfer) Oil units, water transfer units, instrument air compressor units and VRU’s (Vapor Recovery Unit). Managing five foreman with an average crew size of 45-50 men to complete contracted requirements of these projects.
Electrical Field Superintendent, Anadarko Petroleum · 2011 – 2014
Managed the construction phase, startup, and customer hand over of two, CO2 Recycle Compressor Stations consisting of 8, 4000HP electric driven gas compressors. Other buildings involved in the construction consisted of a TEG (Triethylene Glycol) facility and an L.A.C.T (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer) facility. Managed and coordinated multiple crews for all electrical systems, coordination between trades, material procurement, time keeping, and scheduling. Consistently adhered to the electrical code requirements on all projects utilizing drawings and manuals. Managed four foreman with an average crew size of 30 men to complete the contracted requirements of this job.

Project consisted of automating natural gas pad wells using photovoltaic solar array and battery bank combinations to create a 24VDC power system. Worked on various projects associated with natural gas extraction. Managed five foreman with an average of 30 men and a maintenance crew of four men.

Responsible for the construction and startup of a water booster station. System consisted of 3, 480V horizontal centrifugal pumps being fed from 3 individual VFD’s. 1200A service with an ATS.
Electrical Foreman, Antelope coal · 2002
Responsible for the construction and startup of a water booster station building at a coal mining facility. System consisted of 3, 4160V vertical pumps. System was built and designed to keep water from entering the coal mining pit. Building was designed to move with the mining operations.
