Comcast, Regional Security Manager           2016 – Present

  • Responsible for standardizing and ensuring effective implementation of security programs for 30 Comcasts critical facilities across the West region.
  • Investigate workplace violence and injury and illness cases across the Comcast footprint.
  • Conduct site risk assessments and implement audit programs to incorporate threat mitigation into strategic business planning.
  • Provide management and new hires “Workplace Violence Training”.
  • Manage 60 security professionals across the West and Central U.S. regions.
  • Liaison between local site executives, building management, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate COVID protection measures for the critical employee workplace through coordination with E.H.S. and Facility departments.
