LOGISTIC MANAGER | OPERATION MANAGER (Dec 2020- Aug 2021)

As the first Logistic Manager in the company, I have been tasked with providing a comprehensive plan for streamlining processes, improving working and ordering procedures, and setting up transportation and delivery routes for the on-site construction area where I am assigned.

Operations manager. I added to the administration of business practices to create the highest efficiency level possible within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials ( cement / concrete) and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization for the site project we were assigned too.

  •   Accentuated a small warehouse operating on a construction site, with inventory training and ordering of repair parts.
  •   Provided instructions on proper PMCS of vehicles and equipment used in the construction industry and instituted a daily checklist to be filled out daily also provided route plan to a cement company for delivery to the Provence of Quezon site from Manila to include tolls, alternate routes, and construction areas along the roads.

     Responsible for a 42,000 sqm. Warehouse operating in a Peza zone with 70 employees,

    as well to a mobile warehouse and 2 other smaller warehouses for the Manila Bay

    Project and totaling over 110 employees.
