December 2015 – October 2016 – Operations Manager – IDS International – ANDSF Contract
- Took the lead in developing the Maximo system to fill the void left when the previous sub-contractor ended their contract. At that time, the CMMS system was being provided by the sub-contractor, and I was tasked to build the Maximo system from scratch in order to meet the contractual requirement.
- Took a blank system and built it to a fully functional one that includes work order processing, logistics, and procurement.
- Set-up and managed the project controls call center to receive and process work order, purchase requests and purchase orders.
October 2012 – December 2015 – Senior Regional Manager – Vectrus – ANSF Contract
- Was hired as an Assistant Regional Manager in October 2012. Within 120 days, was promoted to Regional Manager, and subsequently, to Senior Regional Manager
- Was instrumental in turning around a failing sub-contract worth $75M, into a successful one that met all contractual milestones within a 60 day period. This was accomplished by coaching and mentoring the senior staff of the sub-contracted service provider.
- Liaised with the Afghan government in order to process all visas and work permits for the ANSF international staff. Was successful in bringing the entire contract into compliance.
- Successfully registered 26 Toyota Hilux vehicles in Vectrus name. Registering vehicles in the name of an international company had never been accomplished in Afghanistan prior to that time.
- Managed the Combined Production Controls/Call Center office. Was responsible for managing Service Requests and Work Orders from “birth to death”, including data input, work flow, completions, and invoicing..
- Administered the Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This includes work orders, assets, real property lists, etc.
December 2011 – September 2012 – Business Development Manager – ZS-International
- Responsible for just over $1M in new business for a small, local company located in Kabul Afghanistan.
- Responsible for providing International oversight to the local company, and assisting in the training and mentoring of the local staff.
- Won multiple awards for international clients such as the NATO presence on Camp Souter in Kabul.
February 2010 – November 2011 – Logistics and Transportation Unit Chief PAE – CSSP Contract
- Responsible for all logistics functions in support of the Corrections Support Systems Program in Kabul and regional sites.
- Tasked to assume the responsibilities of the Deputy Program Manager, in his absence, for daily operations and planning future expansion.
- Responsible for over Fifteen Million dollars of real property, as well as the accountability of more than three million dollars of consumable property annually.
- Direct responsibility of the CSSP property book. This includes accountability, distribution, and disposal of all Government Owned, Contractor Acquired Property (GOCAP).
- Managed a workforce six Foreign National, and two US National staff.
- Planned and budgeted expenses for all program management offices.
- Managed Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for all US Government managed sites.
- Evaluated vendors for contract awards.
- Efficiently shipped equipment and supplies to every region in Afghanistan.
- Signature authority at local bank, and was responsible for collection, distribution, and accountability of more than $250,000.00 monthly for expenses and payroll.
- Successfully registered Armored vehicles through the Afghan government. At this time, this task had never been accomplished before. Using my experience, distributed the steps required to register the vehicles to US State department and US DOD personnel in order to guide them through this process as well.
- Authored and taught a logistics and procurement class for international employees. This class was submitted to the US State Department, and PAE was recognized for this accomplishment.
August 2008 – February 2010 – Logistics/Procurement Manager PAE/HSC – CSSP Contract
- Responsible for supervising all of the logistics, procurement and property management functions for a forward operating base in Kunduz Afghanistan.
- Supervised logistics, procurement and site maintenance staff on all facets of the site operations.
- Responsible for all O&M functions, to include self performance of maintenance, as well as sub-contracted maintenance and construction projects.
March 2008 – July 2008 – Vehicle Maintenance Manager, DynCorp Intl, LLC – Poppy Eradication Force Contract
- Responsible for the day to day maintenance of a fleet of more than 200 vehicles, to include medium duty trucks, Polaris ATV’s, tractors, and John Deere gators.
- Supervised a staff of 10 local nationals and one foreign national.
- Implemented cost savings measures using local contractors to repair parts needed to service these vehicles.
May 2007 – August 2007 – Logistics Manager, EOD Technology, Baghdad, Iraq
- Responsible for all logistics functions for the largest contract that the company possesses.
- Supervised issuing and receiving functions for the contract.
- Helped to establish SOP’s for the company, worldwide.

August 2004 – March 2007 – Logistics Supervisor, DynCorp Intl., LLC, Afghanistan – Afghanistan Police Training Contract
- Managed the DynCorp Afghanistan consolidated warehouse.
- Mentored the local national logistics and procurement staff at the regional training center sites in preparation for the future hand over of the sites.
- Direct supervisor for all DynCorp Afghanistan FOB sites for logistics and Operations and Maintenance.
- Mentored the local national command staff on the proper logistics and procurement procedures in order to provide checks and balances based on established policies and procedures set forth by DynCorp and the US government, but modified to encompass the local procedures as well.
- One of the key personnel involved in the DYNMRO implementation for DynCorp Afghanistan, and was involved in the process from day one. Also participated in the Jordan ITS roundtable meeting for the projected roll-out of DYNMRO world wide.
- Responsible for training the local national and foreign national warehouse staff to use DYNMRO for ordering, receiving, and accountability of materials.
- Was responsible for receiving, stocking, and shipping materials for all DynCorp Afghanistan contracts.
