• National Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CQC tactics and lead the delivery to the RCMP ERT program nationally.

• Writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Follow on Force concept and delivery of tactics to Tactical Support Group.

• Led a working group on developing new tactics for Close Quarters Clearing which are now the standard for the RCMP nationally.
• Led and participated in internationally deployments for Close Personal Protection for Canadian Members of Parliament and the Prime Minister of Canada in austere environments (Africa).
• Responsible for completing Threat and Hazardous Incident Risk Assessments (THIRA) for overseas deployments for the team and for the Prime Minister of Canada’s Protection Detail.
• Acted as Troop Sergeant responsible for planning operational deployments, delivering briefings to command and human resource management at the team level.
• Participated in the National Kit and Clothing committee which conducted research and development with industry experts for tactical gear.

• Delivered the Assaulter ERT course to new candidates.
• Taught ERT firearms, Close Personal Protection, Close Quarters Clearing to new members joining ERT.
