Head of department Operational Projection and Deployment Department

  • Working closely alongside the Brigade and Regiment’s operation department to fulfil a range of deployment and database management activities.
  • Creating and maintaining databases in relation to the specialist department’s activities of designating and deploying personnel to foreign territories.
  • Planning deployment logistics to and from marked territories to uphold order, safety and security of all troops across international regions.
  • Organizing and carrying out tactical shooting course to qualify future instructor of the regiment.

Company Sergeant (Deputy to Commanding Officer)

  • Recognised for superb leadership, strategy and management skills and promoted to senior role as non-commissioned officer of the Support Company.
  • Responsible for balancing the administration, security standards, discipline and development of a team of 150 personnel.
  • Direct advisor to Commanding Officer on company instruction, staff career planning and annual company projections to ensure ongoing talent development, strategy and accountability.
  • Responsible for overseeing the field logistics out of campaigns, implanting security infrastructure and protocols to uphold the safety and wellbeing of all concerned parties.
  • Supervising training programmes for troops in international exchanges in the UK and USA troops.
