• Designed, developed and established MRAP Egress Training (MET) program for Joint Base Fort Dix, McGuire and Lakehurst which included coordinating with civilian and military officials.
• Instructor Operator Maintainer (IOM) of multiple MET variants to include the MAXXPRO, MATV, Cougar, Caiman, RG-31, RG-33S, RG-33L and Buffalo.
• Comprehensively established a Trained the Trainer program at Joint Base Dix Lakehurst and McGuire in which over 70 Contractors and Noncommissioned Officers successfully completed the program.
• Overseen training was conducted safely and IAW operators / technical manuals and with the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Maintained and repaired the electrical and mechanical systems, conducted diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques on MET to ensure it maintained an operational readiness rate of 90%.

• Site Lead and responsible for all in depth training for internal and external training units to include Combine Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTC-A) for two sites in Afghanistan.
• Recruited, assisted with the hiring, trained and supervised local national technician’s in support of multiple sites in Afghanistan.
• Teach, coached, mentored and instructed local nation on the POI and curriculum of HEAT simulator.
• Established a preventive and periodic maintenance program and schedule that ensured the simulator maintain 98% readiness capable.
• Coordinated all travel arrangements between various sites in Afghanistan.
• Responsible for the acquisitioning and ordering of all parts to repair and maintain the HEAT simulator.

Operation / Logistic Specialist 08/2008 – 09/2009

• Coordinated the in-processing and out processing activities for up to 72 students each month.
• Scheduled classrooms, range facilities and the use of Lakehurst training areas. This entailed coordination with the USAF Expeditionary Center, the USAF Expeditionary Operations School (EOS) through the 421st Combat Training Squadron (CTS); the Joint Training and Training Development Center (JT2DC) facilities, and Fort Dix Directorate of Training, Plans, and Mobilization (DPTM).
• Coordinated student and instructor transportation to and from various field training and range facilities.
• Assisted with the instructions of Convoy operations, land navigation, tactical communication, and Joint improvised explosive device defeat (JEDDIO) classes.
