Interacted with on site management and subcontractors to ensure strict completion time frame. Facilitated invoice processing and quality standards.

Procurement Manager 2008 to 2012)
Hold total responsibility for 16 subcontracts valued at $27.5M+ while overseeing five procurement staff within Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP). Procured construction materials and equipment, HVAC units, generators, and modular living support units in support of LOGCAP III project. Developed proposals for DFAC subcontracts valued at roughly $2M each; created change orders for maintenance of comprehensive subcontracts valued at nearly $1.6+B. Assessed project requirements and negotiations to verify subcontract compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and company procurement guidelines.
