• Continually interacted with the DCMA QAR staff on process improvements and joint surveillances in support of the LOGCAP III Quality Plan.
• Identified differences between contract technical requirements and current contractor processes.
• Designated by the Quality Manager to lead quality construction projects to meet Government Quality Specifications, FAR’s, Task Orders (TO’s) and engineering specifications for 50 facilities located on 5 military bases in northern Iraq.
