Logistics Coordinator – MCT Air Operations (Oct. 2015 – Jan. 2016)

  • Supports the Air Operations Team by providing Movement Control support services for U.S. and Coalition Forces in Iraq, through the U.S. Military Transportation System.
  • Manage complex transportation and supply hubs, assist customers with various levels of cargo queries; storage containers, armored equipment, hazardous/non-hazardous equipment and passenger movement.
  • Responsible for receiving, validating, and processing all Intra-Theater Request System (ITARS), Unit Line Numbers (ULN’S), Air Movement Request (AMR) and Air Passenger Reservation System, Transportation Movement Request (TMR’s), and Joint Movement Request (JMR’s), for the personnel and equipment transiting, originating, terminating, and assigned MCT area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate transportation assets, and provide In-Transit Visibility using Radio Frequency Identification In-Transit Visibility (RFITV) to support military movements in assistance with deployment and redeployment efforts.
  • Review and create Air Load Plans for military cargo and personnel on military aircrafts.

Theater Movement Control Coordinator (NOV. 2013 – Oct. 2015)

  • Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Quality Control(QA/QC) of TCMD’S (Transportation Control Movement Documents), UDL (Unit Deployment List) Air Mobility Command Load Plans and hazardous materials documents throughout theater ensuring the Transportation Coordinators Automated Information for Movement System II (TC-AIMS II) process is accurate for the validation of ULN (Unit Line Number) creation.
  • Responsible for tracking and keeping visibility of all shipped equipment leaving theater of Afghanistan using (SMS) Single Mobility System, Global Transportation Network (GTN), IBS-CMM (Integrated Booking System-Container Management Module), Radio Frequency Identification In-Transit Visibility(RFITV) and Global Acquisition and Transportation Execution System (GATES).
  • Operate and review Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) to develop Aircraft Load Plans for USAF and civilian aircrafts. (C-17, C-5, C-130, & IL-76)

Logistics Analyst II/Container Management Specialist (JUL. 2012 – OCT. 2013)

  • Worked with Base Closure Assistance Team (BCAT) in assisting and augmenting unit supply sergeants and property book officers, inventorying and accounting for government property in preparation for base closures and transfers.
  • Provide assistance and additional operators for the Army Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced System (PBUSE), and Theater Provided Equipment (TPE) Planner.
  • Prepare DA Form 3161, 1348 and other supply documentation in order to facilitate the transfer or redistribution of property to other units U.S. units, equipment sort yards and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIROA).
  • Perform additional duties as a Container Management Specialist for the Mobile Container Assessment Team (MCAT). Assisting the Country Container Authority (CCA), with container management through identification and accounting for containers in the Combined Joint Operations Area-Afghanistan   (CJOA-A).
  • Perform physical GEOLOC assessments, in IBS-CMM (Integrated Booking System-Container Management Module). Updates and provides guidance and mentorship to Container Control Officer (CCO) on current FRAGO (Fragmentary Order), and pertinent container management policies in accordance with the USCENTCOM Container Management Policy Letter of Instruction.
  • Conducted assessment at Forward Operating Bases (FOB’s) throughout Afghanistan, doing 100% physical inventory of all containers on the installation. Identified all Carrier Own containers drawing detention cost and provided guidance on their removal to the Empty Container Collection Point (ECCP) for carrier pick up.
  • Inspected containers according to Convention for Safe Containers Act (CSC), making sure containers were serviceable for shipment.
  • Identified containers requiring re-stenciling and ensuring container numbers were merged after re-stenciling in IBS-CMM.
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks, and audit reports on containers and provided findings to the Container Control Officer (CCO) and Country Control Element (CCE).
