The design architect is Yost Grube Hall of Portland, Oregon; the architect of record will be Integrus Architecture of Spokane, Washington.
OBO’s mission is to provide safe, secure, and functional facilities that represent the U.S. government to the host nation and support our staff in the achievement of U.S. foreign policy objectives. These facilities should represent American values and the best in American architecture, engineering, technology, sustainability, art, culture, and construction execution.
The majority of Caddell's work has been for federal customers including the U.S. State Department, the GSA, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Energy, and all branches of the U.S. military. However, we continue to serve private companies for whom Caddell has built major power plant complexes, manufacturing plants, chemical plants, hotels, and various commercial and retail facilities. Few companies can match the depth and diversity of Caddell’s project portfolio—a reflection of our reputation for taking on difficult and unique construction challenges.
