According to the Department of Defense (DoD), $173,756,967 contract was awarded for enterprise network capabilities and support to U.S. Central Command. Work will be performed in Kuwait, Qatar, Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and Jordan, with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2018. Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $173,756,967 were obligated at the time of the award.

According to the Department of Defense the contractor will support full spectrum of day-to-day base operations and maintenance services in several locations across Turkey (and at Morón Air Base in Spain). The Turkish locations include: Incirlik Air Base, Izmir Air Station, Ankara Support Facility and the Office of Defense Cooperation. While this Turkey program falls primarily into the Infrastructure Asset Management, the contractor will also provide Logistics and Supply Chain Management Services in operation on this contract as well.
According to the Department of Defense (DoD) — Vectrus Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a $145,515,046 contract for the Army Sustainment Command to receive, repair, maintain, store, prepare for issue, and issue Army prepositioned stock-5 equipment in Southwest Asia in support of the 401st Army Field Support Battalion - Kuwait.
Work will be performed in Kuwait, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2017. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $16,053,382 were obligated at the time of the award.
