Work will be performed in Germany (65.91 percent); Italy (4.61 percent); Israel (12.44 percent); Romania (3.13 percent); Bulgaria (3.13 percent); and Kosovo (10.78 percent), with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2016. Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance, Army funds are subject to availability. Army Contracting Command, Fort Huachuca, Arizona, is the contracting activity.

Contractor will provide Turkey Spain Base Maintenance Contract contingency support of Operation Inherent Resolve contingency personnel surge in Turkey. Work will be performed at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, and is expected to be complete by March 27, 2016.
