According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor is being awarded a $16,361,434 under a previously awarded, contract to exercise options two, three, and four for demolition services at various facilities and miscellaneous structures in Guam.

The work to be performed provides for all labor, safety controls, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform demolition services to housing, facilities, and miscellaneous structures at various military installations in Guam.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor had $7,395,937 added to a previously awarded to foreign military sales (Israel) contract for construction at Site 13558.

Work will be performed in Israel, with an estimated completion date of July 22, 2017.

According to Department of Defense (DoD), the contractor is being awarded $7,785,662 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract for design and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at Building 214/214A at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.

The work to be performed provides for replacement of deteriorated lights, replacement of components includes two chillers, pumps, air handling units (AHU), and fan coil units. Replacement also includes isolation valves, ducts, piping, and insulation. The replacement air conditioning components will have variable air volume (VAV) and variable frequency drive capability, and include systems with VAV boxes.
