According to the Department of Defense (DoD) — RELYANT Global LLC,* Maryville, Tennessee, is being awarded a $14,499,305 contract for construction of the ground support equipment shops at North Ramp, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The work to be performed provides for construction (design-build) of a one-story high bay composite facility with a ground support equipment maintenance shop, a ground support equipment holding shed, an aviation armament shop, and an aviation life support systems shop.

The contract also contains one unexercised option, which if exercised, would increase cumulative contract value to $14,876,045. Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by June 2018.

According to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) Middle East District — solicited names of construction firms or joint ventures experienced in working in the Middle East region who are interested in submitting a firm-fixed price offer to construct a medical warehouse at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar on last August 2014.

The warehouse is a prefabricated metal structure with masonry walls to the height necessary for force protection. There are also utilities and related site improvements in the project. All work identified in the Scope of Work shall be completed as specified in the contract.

According to the Department of Defense (DoD) — MilServe International JLT (FA5706-15-D-0002), Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al Badeel General Contracting (FA5706-15-D-0003), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; The Marshal Group LLC (FA5706-15-D-0004), Berthoud, Colorado; and Ohio General Contracting LLC (FA5706-15-D-0005), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, have been awarded a not-to-exceed $45,000,000 contract for a multiple award construction contract.

Contractors will provide for a broad range of design-build, maintenance, alteration, repair, renovation, and minor construction projects affecting real property. The location of performance is in Southwest Asia. Work is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2016.
